Job Overview

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a Positive Behavior Coach. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with individuals aged 21 and older and their caregivers as part of our Positive Support Services program within the Fraser Autism Center of Excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with individuals and their caregivers to develop and implement proactive treatment plans utilizing the principles of positive behavior support and applied behavior analysis.
  • Provide assessment and intervention in various settings, including the individual's home, workplace, or other community locations.
  • Support parents and caregivers in developing behavioral skills training to enhance problem-solving, teaching, data collection, and decision-making abilities.
  • Communicate effectively with service providers to ensure coordinated care and support.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a highly competitive salary of $67,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and 403(b) retirement planning. You will also have access to ongoing training and career development opportunities.

Requirements
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification preferred or current enrollment in a graduate-level academic course sequence in preparation for BCBA certification.
  • Licensed Behavior Analyst licensure required.
  • Academic and/or field experience in Positive Behavior Support and person-centered practices preferred.
  • Valid Minnesota Driver's License with an acceptable driving record required.
