Job Overview

This is a leadership role as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Supervisor in our ABA program for preschool-aged children. You will implement treatment plans and provide work direction to direct care staff.

Responsibilities
  1. Implement behavioral assessments and interventions for clients with Autism Spectrum Disorders or related disorders using behavior analysis principles.
  2. Provide clinical supervision to individuals pursuing their BCBA/BCaBA certification as outlined by the BACB standards.

Requirements
  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or a field approved by the BACB
  • Current BCBA certification
  • Licensed Behavior Analyst licensure (LBA)
