Job Description:

As a Behavioral Therapist in our team, you will play a vital role in implementing treatment plans for children with ASD. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • ">
  • Providing direct care to children diagnosed with ASD, promoting their independence, skill development, and overall well-being.">
  • Assisting clients with increasing independence, skill development, self-care, safety, sensory processing, communication, and other areas of need.">
  • Participating in family and caregiver training, ensuring seamless transitions and effective support systems.">
  • Observing and directing direct care staff, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes growth and excellence.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • ">
  • A Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a related field, with intent to pursue your Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.">
  • Passion for working with children with special needs, a desire to make a meaningful difference in their lives, and a commitment to cultural responsiveness and diversity.">
  • Experience working with preschool-aged children, those with diverse needs, autism, or mental health diagnoses is highly preferred but not mandatory.">
  • Ability to pass a background check and maintain reliable transportation.">
