We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing & Events Assistant to join our team at Palmer Legal Staffing. As a Marketing & Events Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the planning and execution of our training programs, events, and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate event logistics, including timelines, checklists, and speaker coordination
  • Track payments and follow up with unpaid registrants
  • Manage event materials, including slides, nametags, and handouts
  • Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely delivery of event materials
  • Assist with marketing efforts, including email campaigns and social media management
  • Provide administrative support to the Training Department
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum 1-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in professional services
  • Experience with event planning or customer service preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite
