Position Summary

Keller is in search of Construction Engineering Specialists to join our team.


Key Responsibilities

The role encompasses a variety of responsibilities, including:

  • Engaging in extensive travel within the designated region to acquire hands-on experience in construction engineering and management.
  • Gaining valuable insights into the intricate field of Geotechnical and Deep Foundation Construction.
  • Providing a balanced approach to civil engineering that integrates both design and construction management, alongside field and office tasks.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering; a Master’s Degree is preferred.
  • Strong technical acumen.
  • Effective problem-solving skills and practical judgment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Commercial awareness and instincts.
  • A proactive, results-oriented mindset.
  • Capability to adapt to dynamic schedules and deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for up to three years.
  • A clear career trajectory towards an office Project Manager role.
