Position Summary
Keller is in search of Construction Engineering Specialists to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
The role encompasses a variety of responsibilities, including:
- Engaging in extensive travel within the designated region to acquire hands-on experience in construction engineering and management.
- Gaining valuable insights into the intricate field of Geotechnical and Deep Foundation Construction.
- Providing a balanced approach to civil engineering that integrates both design and construction management, alongside field and office tasks.
Qualifications
Ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering; a Master’s Degree is preferred.
- Strong technical acumen.
- Effective problem-solving skills and practical judgment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Commercial awareness and instincts.
- A proactive, results-oriented mindset.
- Capability to adapt to dynamic schedules and deadlines.
- Willingness to travel extensively for up to three years.
- A clear career trajectory towards an office Project Manager role.
