Job Summary

Step into the world of hospitality at Chase Field and join the Premium Suites Team. As a Premium Suites Team member, you will be an essential part of delivering exceptional service to guests in our suites during exciting events hosted at Chase Field, home of the Arizona Diamondbacks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare suite setup, including cleaning, restocking inventory, setting up catering supplies, glassware, and other duties.
  • Greet guests and ensure the suite area is clean and prepared with utensils and other needs have been provided.
  • Develop and maintain exceptional rapport with return guests and maintain a friendly demeanor with all guests.
  • Distribute menus and present daily specials; answer questions regarding the menu.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and deliver food orders to guests in suites accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Ensure food is prepared correctly and to guests' satisfaction.
  • Collect plates and clear the table as guests finish their meals.
  • Prepare guests' checks and collect payment.
  • Assist with other restaurant tasks, such as cleaning duties and preparation tasks.
  • Clean and organize pantry, prep, kitchen, suites, and inventory areas.
  • Assist with inventory and restocking inventory before, during, and after events as scheduled.
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Well-organized with the ability to take and place food and beverage orders accurately.
  • Ability to operate point-of-sale systems.
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation requirements.
  • Valid food handler card and/or alcohol certification may be required.
  • Open availability days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
