Job Description

At Upward Projects Restaurant Group, we're seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team. As a Line Cook, you'll be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare ingredients and cook dishes to company standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Work effectively in a team environment
  • Adhere to recipe standards and quality control measures

Requirements:

  • 1 year of full-service restaurant kitchen experience
  • Associate's degree in Culinary, Hospitality, Management, or Business preferred
  • State Food Handler's Management Certification required
