Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Guest Service Support Expert to join our team at JW Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge Resort & Spa. As a key member of our food and beverage operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and have a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Assist with food and beverage operations, including setting tables, assisting the kitchen, and cleaning work areas.
  • Replenish supplies and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • No prior experience necessary, but previous experience in a food and beverage environment preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
