Key Responsibilities

The Technical Product Owner will be responsible for:

  • Managing Project Scope and Timeline: Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Coordinating Sprints and Meetings: Coordinate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings to ensure effective team collaboration and progress.
  • Coaching Agile Frameworks: Coach team members in Agile frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban, to ensure they have the necessary skills to deliver high-quality products.
  • Facilitating Communication: Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Resolving Conflicts: Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur during project execution.
  • Ensuring Quality Standards: Ensure that deliverables meet quality standards at the end of each sprint.
  • Driving Innovation: Drive innovation and end-to-end launch of products, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with Stakeholders: Collaborate with Digital Business partners and Vendors to co-develop a roadmap and drive products and features from concept to launch.
  • Working with Analytics and Design: Work with analytics, design/user experience, engineering, and user enablement teams to turn data insights into products with actionable outcomes.
  • Reviewing Business Needs: Continuously review business needs, refine priorities, outline milestones and deliverables, and identify opportunities and risks.
  • Partnering with Stakeholders: Partner with stakeholders and customers across the organization to inform the product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization.
  • Developing Product Roadmaps: Develop, own, and execute product roadmaps, translating product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements.
  • Prioritizing and Maintaining the Sprint Backlog: Prioritize and maintain the sprint backlog for assigned products, balancing the requirements of stakeholders.
  • Leading Product Design: Lead the product functional design process based on an intimate knowledge of the users and technology.
  • Defining Go-to-Market Plans: Define and execute go-to-market plans, working to ensure that product management, marketing, and sales have what they need to be successful.
  • Tracking Product Performance: Develop and maintain appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance post-launch to evaluate future investment.
