About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Mental Health Coordinator to join our team at Wellpath. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing clinical and administrative supervision to mental health staff, overseeing mental services throughout the IST program, and providing mental health training and consultation to facility personnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, maintain, and update onboarding and ongoing training materials for clinical staff in both in-person and digital formats.
  • Provide and oversee initial and ongoing training for clinical staff in IST programs, ensuring all training is aligned with professional standards and program goals.
  • Plan, supervise, and manage mental health services at the facility level, coordinating with the Regional Director of IST Operations to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Assign clinical responsibilities based on staff qualifications and address any competency issues with the Regional Director to maintain high ethical and professional standards.
  • Oversee clinical supervision of associate-level staff, allocate mental health resources efficiently, and collaborate with facility administration to enhance mental health services.
Qualifications & Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, social work, or a related behavioral science field.
  • Experience in the coordination and administration of mental health service delivery systems.
  • A current, valid license to practice psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work in the state of employment by the appropriate state licensing board.
  • Meet Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) requirements to provide clinical supervision to associate-level clinicians.
  • Current, valid CPR/BLS certification.
