Chicago Territory Sales Manager

Famous Supply is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our Chicago territory. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our customers in the plumbing and HVAC industries.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain regular contact with plumbing and HVAC contractors within assigned territory.
- Introduce and promote plumbing and HVAC products to contractors.
- Conduct product training as needed.
- Analyze and evaluate territory regarding sales trends, market pricing, and market-specific product needs.
- Actively participate in customer-specific demand and inventory planning.
- Conduct on-site inspections as required regarding customer complaints about quality, installation, or performance.
- Engage regularly with existing customers to foster long-term relationships and promote opportunities for repeat business.
- Requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience and comfort in making cold calls.
- Strong skillset relating to relationship building, listening, follow-up, and time management.
- Requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in plumbing and/or HVAC fields.
- Experience in B2B sales is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
