Position Overview

This role is pivotal in facilitating the efficient operation of patient interactions within the clinic. The individual will act as the primary liaison for patients, managing appointment scheduling, preparing essential documentation prior to patient visits, welcoming patients, and ensuring accurate record-keeping. Additionally, this position entails handling billing for clinic services, submitting insurance claims, addressing inquiries from patients and insurance providers, and maintaining relevant departmental information. Cash-handling duties may also be required.
