Retail Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to members, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the front end, sales floor, and stockroom areas.
Operate front-end equipment, such as cash registers and self-checkout systems, accurately and efficiently.
Process member purchases, handle returns and exchanges, and provide guidance on store policies and procedures.
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, promote products, and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with members, colleagues, and management.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register.

Additional Information:
This position requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 25 pounds, and working in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
Must be able to work in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service to members.
Must be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Must be able to work in a warehouse environment and be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
