Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator

FrankCrum is a Top Workplace and a Professional Employer Organization (PEO) based in Clearwater, Florida. We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Coordinator to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources Coordinator to provide administrative support to our FrankAdvice team. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of human resources principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and respond to FrankAdvice email and phone inquiries
  • Coordinate background check processes, including client agreements, requests, and vendor communications
  • Handle background check billing, including data entry and invoicing
  • Administer drug testing processes, including client notifications, testing requests, and result follow-up
  • Assist with handbook development, including intake forms, drafts, and client communications
  • Support job descriptions, salary surveys, turnover analysis, and HR audits
  • Assist with department communications and projects, including E-Books, Infographics, and Toolkits
  • Support department training, including HR Basics, by coordinating schedules and attendee sign-ups
  • Assist with EEO-1 Reporting, including data collection and client communications
  • Support EPLI administration, including client information and carrier communications
  • Handle employment poster queries, including client instructions and vendor communications
  • Address SS mismatch/identity theft issues, including client communications and vendor follow-up
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of human resources principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • One year of administrative human resources support experience
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
