The Role

We are seeking a full-time Human Resources Coordinator to join our FrankAdvice team. In this role, you will provide administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of our HR services, including payroll, employee benefits, and HR consulting.

  1. Monitor and respond to client inquiries via email and phone, providing timely and accurate information.
  2. Coordinate background check processes, including client agreements, vendor communication, and report maintenance.
  3. Handle background check billing, ensuring accurate data entry and timely payment processing.
  4. Administer drug testing services, including client communication, vendor setup, and result tracking.
  5. Assist with handbook development, policy updates, and job description creation.
  6. Support HR audits, turnover analysis, and department communications.
  7. Coordinate training sessions, including HR Basics, and EEO-1 reporting.
  8. Support EPLI administration and employment poster queries.
  9. Address SS mismatch/identity theft issues, ensuring prompt resolution.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need a basic understanding of federal, state, and local laws related to human resources, including FLSA, ADAAA, FMLA, EEO, NLRA, IRCA, and FCRA. A high school diploma or equivalent and one year of administrative HR support experience are required.
