Central Operations Technician Job Overview

The United Tote Company is seeking a skilled Central Operations Technician to join our team. As a key member of our Central Operations Team, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining our systems, ensuring a positive customer experience through efficient issue resolution, and providing exceptional support to our customers.

About the Position

This role involves creating a positive customer experience by professionally handling incoming calls, troubleshooting communication equipment, and monitoring system alerts. The successful candidate will also act as a backup race track operator to ensure the integrity of our system.

  • Monitor system logs and alert notifications.
  • Investigate and resolve issues reported by customers.
  • Act as a backup race track operator during peak periods.
Requirements
  • A minimum of an associate's degree in a related field.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to travel occasionally.

Estimated Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000 per year based on experience and qualifications. Our company offers comprehensive benefits, including medical and dental insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
