Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Clinical Specialist to join our team at Community House Mental Health Agency. As a Day Treatment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing supportive care and community-driven services to individuals with severe and persistent mental illness.

Salary: $33.00-$40.50 per hour (estimated based on location and industry standards)

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide therapeutic groups and activities that promote socialization, development of social skills, and adaptive coping skills for clients.
  • Assist members in preparing and serving lunch, as well as monitor the pre-vocational program and pay members according to agency policy.
  • Facilitate daily clinical documentation, medication monitoring, and crisis intervention as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Day Treatment Specialist in program development and implementation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in social sciences or a related field.
  • Current First Aid/CPR certification or ability to obtain upon hire.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience working with mental health populations.
