About the Role

The Assistant Store Manager - Sales (ASM1) is a key member of our sales team, responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a sales leader, you will be responsible for managing the sales floor, leading a team of sales associates, and implementing sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Leadership: Lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets, provide coaching and feedback to improve sales performance, and develop sales strategies to drive growth.
  • Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional customer service, build strong relationships with customers, and ensure a positive shopping experience.

Requirements
