At Topaz HR Advisory, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving temporary staffing services within the light industrial/manufacturing sectors.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to identify customer needs and sell staffing and talent delivery solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales and repeat business.
- Meet or exceed annual sales top-line revenue and gross margin goals.
- Communicate regularly with customers regarding job specifications, candidate submissions, interviews, feedback, and job offers.
- Negotiate contracts, rates, fees, and solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience selling temporary staffing agency services.
- Knowledge of computer and networking labor trends and technologies.
- Ability to manage multiple active accounts and prospect for new business.
- Highly motivated with excellent written/verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work under deadline pressure.
