Territory Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Vaco. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing new projects and generating leads, with a specific focus on multifamily housing.
Key Responsibilities- Develop new projects and generate leads, with a specific focus on multifamily housing.
- Identify leads, arrange meetings, conduct site visits, and close deals.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by nurturing existing relationships and establishing new dealer connections.
- Utilize CRM tools to track sales performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in outside sales roles.
- Willingness to travel overnight up to 40%.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in the construction market, security industry, or industrial sales is advantageous.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM tools for data analysis.
