**Outside Sales Opportunity**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Territory Manager to join our team. As a Sales Territory Manager, you will be responsible for developing new projects and generating leads in the multifamily housing market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the multifamily housing market.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients and prospects.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by leveraging CRM tools and data analysis.
  • Travel up to 40% overnight to meet with clients and prospects.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in outside sales roles.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM tools.
