**Outside Sales Opportunity**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Territory Manager to join our team. As a Sales Territory Manager, you will be responsible for developing new projects and generating leads in the multifamily housing market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the multifamily housing market.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients and prospects.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by leveraging CRM tools and data analysis.
- Travel up to 40% overnight to meet with clients and prospects.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in outside sales roles.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM tools.
