Sprout, a rapidly growing IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) provider and electronics recycler, is seeking a skilled Computer Repair Team Lead to join our team. This role offers a competitive hourly rate of $22.34, with a regular Monday-to-Friday schedule and no weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve technical challenges with exceptional ability
  • Enable product flow with exceptional ability
  • Lift others around them with exceptional ability
  • Perform laptop diagnostics and grading
  • Conduct server diagnostics, grading, and value routing
  • Wipe and repair hard drives and SSDs
  • Test RAM and other components
  • Spot and properly route valuable products
  • Operate diagnostic software
  • Create labels, scan barcodes, and manually enter serial numbers and model numbers
  • Sort electronic products by product type and value
  • Safely remove electronic components by model or part number
  • Tear down remaining equipment and sort by material
  • Lead the team

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of professional IT experience
  • IT experience, certifications, or Vo tech/Associate degree preferred
  • Excellent phone, writing, and listening skills
  • Self-starter with a desire to learn, grow, and excel in their role
  • Knowledge of business processes and organizational structures
  • Interest in the ITAD industry
