Job Description

Children's Hope Alliance is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Therapist/Team Lead to join our Intensive In-Home Program team. As a key member of our clinical services team, you will provide clinical expertise and oversight to our Intensive In-Home Team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based services to our clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical supervision and guidance to team members, ensuring the delivery of effective and efficient services.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client and their family.
  • Collaborate with other professionals, including directors, therapists, and support staff, to ensure seamless service delivery and coordination.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and provide individual supervision to team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and agency policies, including those related to confidentiality, documentation, and billing.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as social work, counseling, or psychology.
  • North Carolina licensure or provisional licensure in one of the following disciplines: LCMHC(A), LCSW(A), LMFT(A).
  • At least one year of experience working with children and families in a human services setting.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
