Position Summary:
The Senior Survey Project Manager will oversee a team of survey technicians and professionals, ensuring high-quality deliverables while managing project timelines and budgets. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently with minimal oversight.

Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and mentor survey staff, ensuring adherence to project specifications and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of project hours and provide detailed descriptions for each entry.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding project status and any changes in scope.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients and internal teams to facilitate collaboration on multi-disciplinary projects.
- Conduct fieldwork as necessary, demonstrating hands-on expertise in surveying tasks.
- Prepare various survey documents, including:
- Houseline plats
- Topographic surveys
- ALTA surveys
- Boundary calculations
- Organize and manage survey project files, both electronic and paper-based.
- Ensure compliance with contract scopes and prepare project proposals.
- Monitor project budgets and schedules, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying from an accredited institution.
- Licensed Land Surveyor with a valid driver's license.

Skills and Competencies:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on meeting deadlines.
- Proficient in industry-standard software, including AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Commitment to professional development and continuous learning in surveying practices.

Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this position, the employee may be required to stand, walk, and use hands for various tasks. The role may involve lifting and moving objects of varying weights.
