Job Description

We're currently seeking a Sales Account Manager to join our team in Greenville. In this role, you'll be responsible for building new and existing client relationships, driving revenue, and providing exceptional customer service for a printing company.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive revenue growth and retention
  2. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
  3. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty
  4. Manage client accounts and contracts to ensure timely delivery and quality of services
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales tools
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Understanding of the Printing industry

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000-$45,000 per year, as well as additional benefits including healthcare, vision and dental benefits, full insurance, 401k match, PTO and Holiday Pay.

Work Schedule
