Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Specialist to join our team. As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining relationships with auto dealer partners, driving business growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to jump-start your career after graduation with an inside sales role. You will work closely with dealerships to provide them with the best possible solutions for their customers, while also generating new opportunities within your assigned territory.
- Your Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with auto dealer partners, providing them with expert knowledge of our programs and services.
- Educate dealer partners on our offerings, addressing their questions and concerns through phone conversations that drive results.
- Collaborate with dealerships to create tailored deal structures that meet both dealer and customer needs.
- Review credit decisions and offer support, keeping dealers informed about active deals.
- Document all relevant communication and updates in our CRM system and proprietary software.
- Set and track monthly purchase objectives for assigned dealers, working collaboratively to achieve these goals.
- Support the Funding team by resolving documentation issues.
- Foster synergy with the outside sales team to align common goals for your territory.

- Proficiency in standard business applications such as Microsoft Office and the internet.

We pride ourselves on offering a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 annually, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, telemedicine, supplemental insurance benefits, long-term and short-term disability, 401K with employer match, and paid Time Off (PTO) and holidays.
