Step It Up ABA is a Behavioral Health Care Agency providing in-home and school-based ABA therapy. Our mission is to improve the lives of our clients and their families.

We are seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting behavioral assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing behavior intervention strategies based on applied behavior analysis principles.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Implement behavior intervention strategies based on applied behavior analysis principles
  • Provide training and support to caregivers and other professionals
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and modify interventions as needed
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations

Requirements:

  • At least one year working as a BCBA
  • Passion
  • Confidence
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient care and collaboration
  • Dependability
