About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Inner Circle Autism Network. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional ABA therapy services to children with developmental and behavioral challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to implement behavior intervention plans designed by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to children, tailoring approaches to meet their individual needs and preferences.
  • Utilize evidence-based techniques and positive reinforcement to teach adaptive skills and reduce challenging behaviors.
  • Record and maintain accurate data on client progress to facilitate effective treatment planning.
  • Foster a warm and supportive rapport with clients and their families to create a nurturing therapeutic environment.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent education.
  • No prior experience or RBT certification required; we offer comprehensive training to all successful candidates.
  • A genuine passion for making a positive impact in the lives of children and their families.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with the team and families.
  • Commitment to upholding ethical standards and maintaining confidentiality.

Physical Requirements:

  • Physical stamina to engage in physical activities throughout the day, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
  • Mobility to move quickly and efficiently to respond to client needs and ensure their safety.
  • Lifting ability to carry up to 50 pounds, as some clients may require assistance with mobility or positioning.
  • Manual dexterity to effectively use specialized tools, equipment, and materials as needed.
  • Physical endurance to maintain focus and provide consistent support during extended work hours or challenging situations.
  • Physical agility to move swiftly and react quickly in case of emergency situations or unexpected behaviors.
