Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team. As a Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating mental health diagnoses, creating and implementing treatment plans, and providing excellent customer service to our clients. You will also collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create treatment plans
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy services
  • Complete ongoing documentation, including diagnosis, case notes, and termination documentation
  • Maintain a caseload of at least 25 client visits per week
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Master's degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited college or university
  • On-track to obtain licensure in their designated field
  • Required experience with providing evidence-based methodology and culturally responsive counseling techniques
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
  • Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner

Our compensation is based on clients seen, with target compensation ranging from $55,000 to $80,000 for fully licensed clinicians. We also offer flexible scheduling, hourly pay structure, and commission on claims.
