Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to clarify project specifications
- Develop intricate drawings that highlight building aesthetics and functionality
- Employ CAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite effectively
- Guide the project team in creating drawings, studies, and financial plans
- Perform site inspections to verify compliance with design specifications
- Collaborate with interior designers and external architects
- Incorporate third-party engineering into architectural designs
- Generate construction and design documentation sets
- Expertise in FF&E, material selection, and specifications
- Proficient in Procore and capable of stamping drawings
Qualifications:
To qualify for this role, candidates should possess the following:
- At least 5 years of experience in residential architectural design
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or Architecture
- Strong skills in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Photoshop, InDesign, Design Manager, and Microsoft Office
