Global Account Executive Lead

As a Global Account Executive Lead, you'll be responsible for leading a team of experienced sales professionals who drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships with our Large Enterprise customers. Your key responsibilities will include developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers, performing account planning for assigned accounts, and driving strategic add-on and renewal business of Workday solutions.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to have extensive experience selling SaaS/Cloud based ERP/HCM/Financial/Planning/ or Analytics solutions to C-levels from a field sales position. You'll also need to negotiate deals with a variety of C-Suite Executives to close opportunities, build relationships with existing customers for add-on or incremental business, and develop long-term account strategies with existing customers.
The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively partner with internal team members on account strategies. Experience managing longer deal cycles beyond 6 months, with large deal sizes, is also essential. Additionally, you should have a deep understanding of the strategic competitive landscape of the industry by staying up-to-date with trends and customer needs.
