The Situation:
OSL is experiencing rapid growth, which is why we require a proactive, hands-on Regional Sales Manager to drive sales and nurture client relationships.
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be our primary representative at the store level, dedicated to fostering success. You will be directly accountable for sales across approximately 4 Walmart Wireless Locations.
Your mission:
exceed personal sales targets while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Compensation begins at $20/hour plus unlimited commission, bonuses, mileage reimbursement, benefits, and more. Earn $26/hour by merely meeting minimum expectations.
You'll achieve this by...
- Meeting sales objectives across all locations.
- Demonstrating exceptional time management skills, operating your locations efficiently, and maximizing profitability.
- Mastering our sales methodology and surpassing sales KPIs.
- Fostering a collaborative environment and a passion for sales.
- Leading by example, whether working independently or alongside your team.
- Motivating the team through your presence, work ethic, and sales expertise.
- Staying informed about product knowledge to provide optimal solutions.
- 2-3 years of experience in retail or outside sales, such as door-to-door, solar, or kiosk.
- A demonstrated ability to sell, deliver excellent customer service, and maintain personal accountability.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends.
- Access to a vehicle and the ability to travel frequently to your stores during operational hours.
