Overview of the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Representative to join our team as a Customer Service Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and managing accounts while supporting sales efforts for field representatives.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Provide world-class customer service through timely order fulfillment, effective communication, and proactive issue resolution.
• Manage customer account activity, including orders, backorders, product change requests, and other related tasks.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of customer requests and resolves issues efficiently.
• Identify trends and opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth.

At Cardinal Health, we offer a competitive compensation package, including an estimated hourly range of $20.50 - $30.60 per hour. Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles preferred.
• Must live within a 1-hour radius of LaVergne, TN.
• High School Diploma, GED, or technical certification in a related field or equivalent experience preferred.
