Job Description

Full-Time Sales Associate/Rep Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, generating sales leads, and closing deals. This individual will work closely with our team to ensure seamless operations and meet sales goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Outstanding Customer Service: Greet customers promptly, answer inquiries, and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Take Ownership of Shipping Needs: Assist customers in selecting the best shipping options, prepare packages, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Practice Active Listening: Listen attentively to customers' needs, respond accurately, and follow up as necessary.
  • Stay Up-to-Date on Products and Services: Continuously learn about new products, services, and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Maintain Equipment and Software: Operate all equipment, software, and devices efficiently, troubleshoot issues, and teach others as needed.
  • Manage Demanding Customers: Empathize with frustrated customers, manage their expectations, and turn negative experiences into positive ones.
  • Perform End-of-Day Accounting: Close the store, perform end-of-day accounting, and ensure accurate records.
  • Operate POS Equipment: Expertly use point-of-sale equipment to process transactions, manage inventory, and track sales.
  • Follow Quality Guidelines: Adhere to quality standards, maintain high-quality control, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Prioritize Workload: Optimize workflow, streamline production, and meet deadlines.
  • Sell Effectively: Follow the selling process, greet customers immediately, and assist them in finding solutions.
  • Exceed Sales Goals: Work daily to meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the store's overall success.
  • Support Team Members: Collaborate with colleagues, assist in fulfilling their goals, and contribute to a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required education level.
  • Sales/Service Experience: Previous experience in sales or customer service.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including spelling and math.
  • Computer Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites.
  • Physical Abilities: Ability to lift 40+ pounds, open availability, and promptness.
