Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspections, repairs, and replacements of equipment and systems.
  • Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures to identify and resolve issues with building systems and equipment.
  • Work with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective repairs and replacements.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and inventory management.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-year experience in facility maintenance and operations preferred.
  • Maintain valid driver's license.
  • Completion of endorsed patient/visitor de-escalation and restraint program certification (*required within 1 month of hire).

Competitive Differentials:

  • $4.25 - Evenings
  • $8.00 - Nights
  • $4.75 - Weekends

Pay Range: $18.16 - $26.97
