Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspections, repairs, and replacements of equipment and systems.
- Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures to identify and resolve issues with building systems and equipment.
- Work with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective repairs and replacements.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and inventory management.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-year experience in facility maintenance and operations preferred.
- Maintain valid driver's license.
- Completion of endorsed patient/visitor de-escalation and restraint program certification (*required within 1 month of hire).
Competitive Differentials:
- $4.25 - Evenings
- $8.00 - Nights
- $4.75 - Weekends
Pay Range: $18.16 - $26.97
