Biomedical Equipment Manager

At Rutland Regional Medical Center, we are seeking a highly skilled Biomedical Equipment Manager to oversee the maintenance and repair of our clinical equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent leadership abilities to manage a team of biomedical equipment technicians.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement maintenance programs for clinical equipment, beds, and stretchers.
* Lead day-to-day activities of biomedical equipment technicians and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
* Collaborate with suppliers to evaluate contract opportunities and manage vendor relationships.
* Conduct financial analyses and provide recommendations to support budget planning.
Requirements:
* Associate degree in Electrical Technology or equivalent experience.
* 5 years of technical experience in biomed equipment service and 5 years of supervisory experience.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to coach and develop a team.
* Knowledge of clinical equipment maintenance applications, including HEMS application.
