Service Desk Specialist

The Service Desk position at Diverse Lynx LLC is a high-volume service role that requires delivering prompt and accurate technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing technical assistance and support to colleagues and the support team
- Responding to queries, running diagnostic programs, isolating problems, and determining and implementing solutions
- Troubleshooting problem areas in a timely and accurate fashion
- Providing end-user assistance where required
This role requires strong customer service skills, IT knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
