We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our team at Palmen CDJR of Racine. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring a positive dealership experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to incoming customer inquiries and establish follow-up communication with new and existing customers.
  • Assist sales personnel with customer communications and deliver messages promptly.
  • Become an expert on our products and services to ensure accurate information is being shared with customers.
  • Seek out no-show appointments and reestablish communication.
  • Follow up with customers after they visit the dealership.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and meet or exceed company standards.
Requirements
  • At least one previous customer service role.
  • Previous work with Vin Solutions is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Time management, prioritization skills, and ability to multitask.
  • Ambitious, goal-oriented mentality and eagerness to improve.
  • Valid driver's license.
