What does the position entail?
Senior Auditors and Assurance Managers are tasked with overseeing client interactions while evaluating their financial documentation for adherence to established accounting principles and regulations. This encompasses:
- Reviewing client financial statements to pinpoint potential discrepancies and conducting analysis to propose effective resolutions.
- Coaching, guiding, and supervising team members in auditing methodologies.
- Fostering new and enhancing existing client partnerships while showcasing a fundamental understanding of clients' operations.
- Engaging in discussions and meetings with clients as needed; offering insights to support clients with their financial or tax-related inquiries.
- 3+ years in a comparable position within a public accounting environment.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is highly preferred or equivalent professional experience.
- CPA designation or the capability to obtain it is desirable.
