Job Title: Senior Manager, Strategic Sourcing, Marketing and Post-Production

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to join our NBCUniversal team. As a key member of our Group Procurement organization, you will be responsible for sourcing activities related to post-production and marketing.

About the Role:

The Senior Manager will work closely with film, home entertainment, and television teams to pursue the company's global sourcing objectives and initiatives. This role will report directly to the Vice President Sourcing, Global Post-Production for all post-production sourcing-related projects and day-to-day activities. Additionally, this role has a dotted-line reporting relationship to the Vice President Sourcing, Marketing for all marketing-related initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development of sourcing category strategies by analyzing supplier spend and market trends.
  • Organize and execute strategic sourcing initiatives to achieve supplier deals that support NBCU's key operating objectives.
  • Influence and maintain strong relationships with NBCU business stakeholders by providing sourcing and procurement expertise to aid in achieving business goals.
  • Work closely with NBCU global post-production and marketing business partners to validate sourcing strategies and prioritize initiatives that create value for the company.
Requirements:
  • BS/BA in Business or related field required.
  • 7+ years of professional experience in strategic sourcing/procurement, supply chain, management consulting, or other experience in metric-driven negotiations.
  • Proven record of accomplishment in complex negotiations and establishing strong Service Level Agreements with suppliers.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Media/Entertainment, Television, or Film experience.
  • Experience in one or more categories including sourcing, post-production, VFX, localization, or digital distribution supply chain, or a related digital distribution or marketing operations function.
  • Knowledge and experience of principles, methods, and practices related to strategic sourcing and complex project management.

This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
