Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for handling installation, service, and customer service work assigned by management in a Consumer Small Business office. Your primary focus will be on managing install and service backlogs, scheduling jobs, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage installation and service backlogs, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Schedule jobs and fill schedule gaps to meet customer needs.
  • Manage installation and service permits, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Oversee missing paperwork and scanning of installation and service documents.
  • Handle field tech and advisor phone calls and emails, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Update customer accounts and maintain accurate records.
  • Schedule vendor meetings and assist with customer credits or cancellations.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferred six months of experience in a related field.
  • Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, and typing skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
Compensation and Benefits:

The pay range for this role is $18.33-$30.54 an hour, based on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare, a 401(k) plan, and paid time off. Employees accrue up to 120 hours in their first year, with increased accrual rates after the first year. We also offer six paid holidays.
