Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Associate to join our team at Association Headquarters. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering project management protocols and platforms within established guidelines, supporting projects and processes, and providing administrative support to Account Managers, Account Executives, and Director-level positions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage website content, ensuring accuracy, value, and currency, and interface with the Web team as needed.
  • Coordinate digital advertising efforts and work with marketing vendors to schedule and distribute social media posts.
  • Monitor and respond to social media comments on behalf of the Commission.
  • Assist with business development and new business opportunities, including industry event lead follow-up.
  • Support and execute growth-focused marketing plans for assigned clients and their individual functional areas.
  • Compile and publish informational newsletters and work with newsletter vendors.
  • Manage communications calendars and distribute emails through email automation software.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of marketing or communications experience.
  • Strong experience using Constant Contact, Hootsuite, Canva, and other relevant tools.
  • Preferred experience using Google Sheets, Google Docs, Drupal, Smartsheets, and Google Analytics.
