Lab Order Fulfillment Specialist

At Insight Enterprises, Inc., we're seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Lab Order Fulfillment Specialist. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the efficient and effective completion of lab orders during your regular work schedule.

As a key member of our team, you will adhere to Insight's ISO Policies and Procedures, ensuring that work instructions are meticulously followed and signed off on before submission to your manager. Your dedication to meeting and exceeding individual and team goals will drive success and excellence in our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify orders to ensure all parts on the pick list are present before placing them on the bench.
  • Continuously check electronic systems to systematically unpack orders.
  • Follow work instructions to completion.
  • Notify your manager of any discrepancies in the process at the time they are discovered.
  • Responsible for shipping label creation and application to packaging.
  • Close out orders by recording order tracking information and other pertinent information in the system.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Adhere to safety standards, immediately correcting or reporting any unsafe conditions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • High School Education or equivalent.
  • The ability to work in a high-volume production environment.
  • Must have the ability to multitask with strong organization and time management skills.
  • Must be able to respond effectively to inquiries or complaints within a timely fashion.
  • A basic understanding of computer operating systems.
  • Must possess good problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of SAP is preferred.
  • Ability to adhere to tight Service Level Agreements.
  • Willingness to learn on the go.

Compensation: The base hourly range for this position is typically $18.00 per hour. However, compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, including shift and location.
