Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Resort Shuttle Driver to join our team at Westgate Resorts. As a key member of our transportation department, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting guests, team members, and clients to and from various locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate minibuses, vans, lightweight trucks, and full-size trains, including mini trains, to transport guests and team members.
  • Transport guests along established routes, ensuring timely and safe arrivals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Assist disabled passengers in and out of vehicles, ensuring their safety and comfort.
  • Inspect vehicles daily to ensure they are in good working condition, reporting any issues to the department manager.
  • Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • CDL driver's license with passenger endorsement required.
  • One year of experience driving the class of vehicle operated, with a satisfactory driving record.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of team members and guests.
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds occasionally.
