Customer Service Representative
  • Contract Duration: 3 Months
  • Pay Rate: Up to $22/hr
Position Overview:
  • The Customer Service Representative handles inbound customer service inquiries through various channels, including phone calls, emails, chat, and social media interactions.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve common complaints, document interactions in the customer management system, and ensure clear communication across all levels.
  • Engage with customers on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok, providing timely responses to comments and questions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly and accurately to all forms of customer communication, including phone calls, emails, chat, and social media inquiries.
  • Effectively manage challenging customer situations, employing problem-solving and negotiation techniques.
  • Collaborate with management and team members to address customer concerns and provide solutions. Escalate critical issues as necessary to safeguard the company’s reputation.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and store information in the customer management system, ensuring accurate coding and updates until resolution.
  • Promote a positive image of the company while supporting customer service goals and objectives.
  • Exercise sound judgment in line with company policies regarding customer interactions on social media, adhering to moderation guidelines.
  • Demonstrate the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment, managing a high volume of customer interactions to ensure thorough follow-up and resolution.
  • Participate in special projects and additional duties as assigned.

  • Ability to remain objective and separate emotions in customer interactions
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
  • High-speed internet connection is required
  • A quiet workspace conducive to video meetings and chats is necessary
