Job Title: Director of Dining Services

Job Summary:

The Director of Dining Services will oversee the day-to-day food service operations at Helias Catholic High School. This role will manage and lead a team of employees, manage client relationships, and drive profitability and talent development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all financial and budgeting aspects of the account
  • Maintain excellent relationships with the client and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the Chef and management team to create nutritious and high-quality food for students
  • Implement new culinary programs and initiatives in conjunction with the Company's marketing and culinary teams
  • Act as a liaison between the Company, Client, and the community

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field preferred
  • Three to five years of food service management experience required
  • Dining experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Financial and business acumen
  • Excellent communication skills
