Job Description

We seek an experienced optometrist specializing in pediatric eye care to join our team at NCEENT. As an integral part of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive eye care services to pediatric patients, including conducting thorough eye exams and developing treatment plans to address various eye conditions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert eye care services to pediatric patients, with a focus on prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of eye diseases
  • Collaborate with ophthalmologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and optimal outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and treatments
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest developments in pediatric eye care

Requirements

  • Doctor of Optometry degree from an accredited program
  • At least 2 years of experience working with pediatric patients, preferably in a clinical setting
  • Strong knowledge of eye anatomy, physiology, and diseases, particularly those affecting pediatric patients
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Salary Range

The estimated annual salary for this position is $160,000 to $220,000, based on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
