Job Overview
A senior strategic accounts professional is required to develop and execute account management plans, driving business growth with complex and high-profile customers. This role involves nurturing long-term relationships at the executive level to optimize customer return on investment in Henry Schein's value proposition.

Main Responsibilities
- Account Management: Lead account planning and execution, managing teams to achieve high standards of execution in managing top customers.
- Executive Engagement: Develop strong partnerships with customer executive leadership and internal executives through Henry Schein's Executive Sponsor initiative.
- Team Leadership: Strategically manage cross-functional and cross-divisional teams to support assigned strategic accounts.
- Portfolio Adoption: Drive adoption of Henry Schein's entire portfolio through leveraging resources and knowledge across HSI.

Skill Requirements
- Experience in large account management with conceptual, strategic, and challenger sales methodologies.
- Executive presence, effective rapport building skills, and high business acumen for engaging with customer c-suite and industry leaders.
- Ability to drive influence and change through tactical empathy and strong emotional intelligence.
- Proactive issue identification, recommending actions with confidence, anticipating customer needs, and developing account strategy plans.

- Estimated salary range $95,990-$167,983 based on location and experience.
