We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Keller - North America. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for making informed decisions about resource allocation and implementing effective process improvement techniques.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Improvement: Improve the production process to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Technology Adoption: Adopt new technologies and implement lean manufacturing principles to develop flexible production systems that can adapt quickly to changes in demand.
  • Resource Allocation: Make informed decisions about how to allocate resources, including raw materials, labor, and equipment, to maximize productivity and minimize costs.
  • Demand Forecasting: Understand the production process and predict demand to adjust resources accordingly.
  • Bottleneck Identification: Identify and address potential bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the production process.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular audits to ensure that products meet the required standards of quality and performance.
  • Supply Chain Management: Work closely with suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure that raw materials and resources are available when needed.

Requirements
