Job Title: Guest Experience Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Guest Experience Specialist to join our team at Residence Inn by Marriott. As a Guest Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and creating memorable stays for our business and leisure travelers.

Responsibilities:

* Provide personalized service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
* Take ownership of guest issues and resolve them in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborate with the front desk team to ensure seamless check-in and check-out processes
* Offer recommendations and suggestions to guests to enhance their stay
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to Marriott International's high standards

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent required
* No prior work experience necessary
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
